- when the gearbox is delivered for repair, each one is disassembled and the cause + extent of the damage is determined

- the repair is priced, the client is informed about the repair price, an advance invoice is issued
- after the advance invoice is paid, the gearbox is completely cleaned and the gearbox is subsequently repaired

- if necessary, the mechatronics can be overhauled or, after approval by the client, a new mechatronics is ordered (prices are in the price list)
- the entire gearbox is always disassembled, the shift pistons are changed, all seals, the dual clutch assembly and the flywheel mounted in the dual clutch (1st generation powershift) are replaced

- the flywheel in the 2nd generation powershift is on the engine (not part of the gearbox), it must be checked and, if necessary, replaced with a new part

- after the mechatronics is installed in the repaired gearbox, the repair is completed, the gearbox is complete, it is prepared for a pallet, the oil required for filling is also packed with it (the oil is only after installation on the vehicle)

- a final invoice is issued and after payment, the completely repaired gearbox is sent by courier on a pallet to you

- the entire repair usually takes 7-14 days, depending on the delivery of the mechatronics (refurbished or new)
- 12-month warranty on the repair, with new mechatronics 18 months on the gearbox

After installation and oil filling, it is necessary to make a basic adjustment of the gearbox via diagnostics. We recommend the program listed in the instructions.
