Mechatronics in all DCT450, 451 and 470 powershifts consists of two parts:
- the upper – electronic part with sensors (this part is also programmed according to the VIN of the car)
- the lower – valve part with solenoids
When remanufacturing, only the lower part – the solenoid body is repaired, the upper part cannot be remanufactured, if it is defective, it is necessary to buy a second used upper part, with the same part number and have it programmed according to the original – damaged part (the price of programming – cloning the mechatronics costs 200 euros), or buy a complete new mechatronics according to the VIN code of the car and then you need to go with the entire car to an authorized Ford service center for programming, or we can have it programmed according to the original mechatronics (price 200 euros). It is not possible to buy a new electronic part separately without the solenoid body. A cheaper option is to buy the entire mechatronics after reconditioning either via Ebay or Aliexpress and then have the purchased mechatronics cloned according to the original mechatronics (200 euros) — but be careful, always buy mechatronics with the correct numbers:

To price the new mechatronics, just send us the VIN code of the car, delivery of the new part is usually within 14 days, reconditioning of the solenoid body is usually 7-14 days, delivery via Ebay and Aliexpress is usually 14-60 days.
