Before removing the transmission from the car, you need to have the transmission fault diagnostics done and then send us the error codes and the car’s VIN to an email or SMS, contact details can be found on this page in Contacts.
We will then contact you and inform you what to do next.
You can have the transmission removed at your favorite service and then send it to us (on a pallet) to our address in Slovakia, or you can just put it on a pallet and we will send a courier for it.
After the repair, it will be sent to the address where the transmission came from, or as agreed.
Find out at your service whether they have diagnostics for gearbox adaptation, which must be done after installing the repaired transmission in the car. If they don’t, you will find a link to diagnostics suitable for gearbox adaptation in the instructions, it is free, you just need to buy a cable to connect the diagnostics to the car – we can sell it to you for around 60 euros.
